On Monday, the new Panda and RazorHawk patrols worked on planning menus for our September camp-out at Blue Mountain Lake. I'm pleased to report that we have 10 new Scouts attending the outing, which will include climbing Blue Mountain and canoeing on Blue Mountain Lake.

We also worked on advancement and the scouts have homework to do in order to finish 3 Tenderfoot requirements. Please bring the homework to next week's meeting in order to get your Scout Handbook signed.  Just in case, here is a link to the Homework of Sept. 16, 2013.

Dr. Krapf has now received the advancement reports from Trail Blazers at Camp Massawepie and will be signing your Scout Handbooks at the next troop meeting.

If anyone is still interested in hiking in the High Peaks of the Adirondacks over Columbus Day weekend, please contact Casey Woodward to see about registering. Time is about up to sign up and it's usually a great trip.
