Troop 341 is a boy led troop, with minimal but proper adult guidance. 

We believe this enables the boys to develop their leadership skills and to build their self-confidence and self-reliance.

    1: Honor flight is this Sunday, May 14th at the Rochester airport.

    2: The Alleghany canoe trip is Memorial Day weekend

    3: Memorial Day Parade on last week of May

    4: Contact Mr. Mcniffe to confirm your merit badge classes for Massaweepie

    5: the zip lining date interfered with the jamboree shakedown, so the date is still to

    be determined

    6: we will have two WWII veterans at our next meeting, make sure to look your best

    with full class A uniforms

  • May 1st Announcements
    1: The ziplining trip at Bristol is now on June 10th with a maximum of 20 scouts. The cost will be about $22 per person.
    2: Alleghany trip shake down this weekend has been cancelled, actual Canoe trip is during the Memorial Day weekend.
    3: Honor Flight on May 14th at 11:40 a.m. at the Rochester Airport
    4: Memorial Day Parade is the last monday of May.
    5: Contact Mr. McNiffe to confirm your M.B. classes for Massawepie.
    6: Mr Nesser will be holding a Traffic Safety MB class on Monday May 8 at 6 p.m.
    7: Tougher Boy Scout Challenge will be held the weekend of May 19 to 21st
    8: Mr. Tallerico will be our new scoutmaster after the June court of Honor

    1: Pierson is currently taking sign-ups for Austria 2018 and the Washington D.C. trip.

    2: Patrol leaders need to plan activities in their patrols to do during our meetings- no four square

    3: Those who need first aid requirements for rank advancement will have them taught by older scouts needing practice with the EDGE method. 

    4: Massawepie forms and deposits are due to Mr. Kull next week, April 3.
